आपने CV and Resume के बारे में तो सुना हि होगा और शायद लगते भी एक जैसे हि होंगे। पर ऐसा नहीं है। CV and Resume में कुछ ऐसा है जो इन दोनों को एक दूसरे से different बनाते है। जब भी आपको जीवन में मौका मिला अपनी पहली नौकरी करने का तो यही ख्याल आया होगा की मुझे CV की ज़रूरत है या Resume की । ये दोनों ही अपने जगह पर सही ही परन्तु CV and Resume का हर स्थान या जगह पर अपना एक महत्त्व है। तो आइये समझते है CV and Resume के बीच का difference और ये भी कि किसका कहा पर उपयोग होना चाहिए–

CV or curriculum vitae क्या है और इसका कहा उपयोग होता है
CV यानी के “curriculum vitae” और इसका मतलब होता है “अपने जीवन का पाठ्यक्रम“। CV or curriculum vitae में आपके जीवन का पूरा वर्णण आएगा जैसे कि आपका नाम, Contact No., Educational details, अनुभव, आपकी इच्छाए इत्यादि। यह तीन से चार page का भी हो सकता है।
CV or curriculum vitae का बहुत अच्छा उपयोग शैक्षिक संस्थानों में है क्योंकि CV आपके बारे में सब कुछ विस्तार से समझाता है और यह आपके कौशल, ज्ञान, इच्छाओं को भी दर्शाता है।
Resume क्या है और इसका कहा उपयोग होता है
Resume एक छोटा परन्तु सरल भाषा में आपके जीवन का वर्णन करता है। यह जीतना छोटा होगा उतना अच्छा होगा। Resume आप सिर्फ़ अपना कार्य अनुभव और कौशल का ही उल्लेख करे। एक अच्छा Resume आपके द्वारा किये गए कार्यो को दर्शाता है और यह भी कि किस कार्य में आप सबसे अच्छे है। Resume सिर्फ़ एक या दो पृष्ठ का ही होना चाहिए।
